It was an honor to learn from Tim Shriver this mor It was an honor to learn from Tim Shriver this morning with thought leaders, local government and educators who work in West Valley.  @thedignityindex teaches about the importance of dignity in conversation, the affect of contempt and fear and how to disagree better.  Reminded me of the #243 at @rootshighcharter!
We chatted with the teacher of the month at AAE1 We chatted with the teacher of the month  at AAE1 school and asked him why the kids like him so much… he said it’s because he makes math fun and finds a way for every learner type to understand mathematics. Teachers make the world go round!
We donated the Village Drill to the Break the Chai We donated the Village Drill to the Break the Chain of Poverty team a year ago and got to see it in action today! The drill team spends 3-4 days to choose the site placement, drill the hole, prepare the leach fields (still learning what that is) and then have a spigot for clean water! 

 We drove over an hour to get here, including driving on narrow roads made of garbage. Every ride is an adventure.
